The cloth is not cotton, but is comfortable. The shoulder straps are actually a thin thread design. You can tie the straps and adjust the length on the shoulders. This is what makes the design smart as the dress would fit all sizes.
I absolutely love the fitting of this dress: neither too loose nor too tight. The vibrant colors give a youthful look. This is so far one of the best dresses in my wardrobe.
I am only worried about how long will it last, but I will buy it again anyway:)
